1. All the electronic components in the ballast are brand new, we never use second-hand material.
2. Complete protection function: under voltage protection, over voltage protection, short circuit protection, open circuit protection, reverse polarity protection. Constant power output and low current startup, which reduces ballast impact to prolong the service life of bulb, and delays the failure of bulb color temperature. Generally others' ballasts lack of one of the short circuit protection, open circuit protection and reverse polarity protection or more.
3. For testing, we have about 100 workers make and test products and can produce about 3000pcs/ day.(many other hid factories just have 15-20 people to finish all the production and testing). All of our ballasts have to be tested as follow:
A. Supplied material testing: for IGNITION COIL, transformer, discharge tube and CBB capacitor and some other important components, our factory ICQ should test all fully then they can be put on the production.
B. Workers from every procedure are responsible for the inspection of the corresponding procedure.
C. Semi-manufactured goods testing by QC, lighting 3 seconds, strobe 5-8 times.
D. Finished products after filling pastern testing, about one hour aging, to guarantee the durability, then frequently flicker testing 5 minutes ( 3 times per second).
E. Pack the Finished products and entry the warehouse. Each carton has 50 ballasts, sampling 4 ballasts for testing, if there is 1 ballasts in 4 defective then return the whole carton back to the work shop to remake.
F. Full testing when taking out of storage. Every ballast connect the bulb, lighting 20 seconds, strobe 10 times, then pack them and shipping.
